15" x20" Acrylics on Illustration Board

This is my winter project, I have been working on it for a while and finally I believe its finished. I tried to create a gryphon nest using all the things gryphons in myth were said to kind of use. Instead of aeryie I opted for a cave though and made it more of a scrape like peregrines and other falcons do. There is gold and also the blue stones are meant to be agate because that is what supposably gryphons were said to lay instead of eggs. Enjoy!

This is great, it looks like a lot of work. I'm tempted to say "how cute" but I'm not sure I should. ha. Anyways, great job.

Hey, sorry it took me awhile to get around to commenting on this, been busy.

What really stands out are the eyes, they look amazing and you should be really proud of them.

Perspective seems to be a bit iffy in areas. The grifon babies all have one perspective and they share it with the background but the immediate ledge they are on seems to tilt more then it should.

The clouds and treasure look good but a bit more cartoony then the rest of the image. It doesn't detract from the image by any means but it doesn't add as much as it could either.

Your stuff keeps getting progressively better, keep it up.
